2.4 LD9 Phenolic Adapter

Phenolic Adapter- These adapters were designed for high heat applications. Weather your running a turbo or a NA tuned car, these adapters will help lower your intake temps by 10-15% from heat soak. When the engine heats up, the intake manifold does as well. When this happens the air that is coming in from the intake is heated and throws off the reading from the IAT (Intake Air Temp Sensor). The IAT helps the computer figure out what the best A/F should be. This adapter will eliminate the heat soak from the head and will there for give you a much more efficient engine.A laser cut gasket will be included with the spacer.
