This is to notify all interested parties that any user and/or purchaser of Overkillengineeringmotorsports.com (the Company) products, accessories an/or services hereby agree to “HOLD HARMLESS” the owners, employees, executives, affiliates, lenders, associates and any other person or entity associated in any way with” the Company”, for any reason, including injury and death, resulting from the installation, modification, use or sale of products accessories and/or services provided by “the Company”.
PRODUCT USE AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMER
Overkillengineeringmotorsports.com hereby states that the use of its products, accessories and/or services is for the sole and exclusive use in OFF ROAD, non-jurisdiction applications ONLY.
Overkillengineeringmotorsports.com (the Company) herby prohibits any and all users of products, accessories and/or services provided by “the Company” to use said products, accessories and/or services on government-controlled streets, thoroughfares and byways. Any such use of “the Company” products, accessories and/or services on government-controlled streets, thoroughfares and byways will constitute a breach of this AGREEMENT.
