OEM 1-Piece Solid Front Strut Bar product description:
Starting out with two 3/16 water jetted end plates cut from 6061 aluminum is just the beginning of this masterpiece. The two end plates are bent to a precise angle to clear all obstructions including the A/C line, intakes and Master Cylinder reservoir. The plates are then attached to a hollow square tube made form 6061. Once the bar is completely matched to the precise angle of the end plates the bar is then TIG welded. To finish the bar off the bar is then gusseted to the end plates for rigidity. Bar can either be purchased in Polished, Powder Coated or Matte finish.They will be laser engraved with the OEM logo.
